RPG Canon

Silver Dragon

When Velgmon attacked Tetha, residents fled Tetha, leaving behind a few perfectly intact buildings amidst the destruction. Upon arriving in Tetha, Matt Olsen took up residence in one of them and brought Hay Lin and Caleb along. Hay Lin decided to build a restaurant in the first floor to help them earn a living. They quickly decided not to charge rent to anyone who wished to live there, as their earnings from the restaurant and Matt's gigs offset the cost.

W.I.T.C.H. apartment

Hay Lin discovered a large six-person apartment to house her and the other girls from W.I.T.C.H. for when they all arrived.

TARDIS

When the TARDIS team were rendered homeless by Yggdrasil's no-hack rules, Caleb and others in the Dragon got down and dirty and started renovating the third floor through mass destruction, creating a large apartment to accommodate the TARDIS residents. Somehow, it's large enough to accomodate all of them comfortably, and there's still room for the Future Brainbreakers' clubhouse; no one knows how they made it bigger on the inside, but no one's willing to ask.

Hinata Inn

When Hay Lin invited Lina Inverse to stay at the Dragon, Caleb and Matt flailed over how to feed everyone. In addition to planting a large garden in D'Ango Forest, they obtained two larger Japanese-style buildings nearby from the city council and created the Hinata Inn, which helped in housing the growing number of residents. Again, Caleb and the others took to it with violence, creating more apartments and a hot springs open to all but free to residents. The larger, more nature-oriented grounds of the Inn are often used as a training ground for the fighters in the two complexes who want to practice.

Eyrie Tower

During the D is for Doomsday plot, Matt invited David Xanatos to stay at the Inn, in the hopes that his ability to plan his way through anything would be a valuable asset to Team W.I.T.C.H. and their allies. He was right, even if it seems like it was more trouble than it was worth. Xanatos took over the topmost floors of Building B and eventually a couple of annexed smaller buildings, creating the Eyrie Tower Wing from which he conducts his business and generally freaks the hell out of the other residents.

Hinata Inn

The Hinata Inn, being two larger buildings, can fit fifteen regular-sized rooms on floors one through eight, and about ten rooms in the basement. The grounds also feature the hot springs, a large area used for training grounds, and an outdoor minibar.

Security features were modified by David Xanatos, who included weapons caches in the basement walls, as they were the most structurally sound, due to the escape routes. Also, somewhere underneath one of the buildings is Yzma and Kronk's Secret Lab, but no one's sure precisely where it is because it's a secret. Two garages have also been installed in the ground-level storage space in one of the buildings.

ALWAYS under construction.
